parsonsadDiana and Andrew Parsons became members of EDGE Management in 2002/03. We run an 826 ha irrigation farm near Lake Cowal. In additional, we lease 5058ha in partnership with another couple plus have another farm at Orange. We also take on seasonal contracting as the opportunity arises.

EDGE Management makes us take a step back from the day to day running of the enterprise to see where the big picture has gone, and makes us continually refocus and define our direction so that we are attaining our vision and goals..

Our Board and EDGE Management facilitators are an excellent sounding board for ideas, and continually help to improve and refine our personal goals and business direction.

Craig and Maryanne Morrison joined EDGE in 2007.  "We run a 1416ha property at Forbes in NSW consisting of 44% wheat production, 30% canola, 19% barley and 7% crain legumes.  Our involvement in Edge Management has enabled us to release the shackles that have stopped us from realizing our full potential."

Ken, Jill and Stuart McDonald
farm 1,280ha at Canowindra - 65% cropping and 35% livestock.  They joined EDGE in 2007.

"Since commencing EDGE, the level of communication in our business has improved hugely and this was not an area where we considered ourselves to be in need of help.  Clarifying direction and personal needs sees our business running more efficiently than before.  A hugely beneficial process where there is any form of succession taking place between generations."
