The Directors of EDGE Management are elected by all the members of EDGE. They are chosen from amongst the members and the facilitators. At present there are 6 members of the Board.
The role of the Directors is to give leadership, on behalf of all the members, to the administration and facilitation teams as to the future direction of EDGE Management and its meetings.

We farm 2100ha on two properties in the Forbes district. The business is not the typical, with no full time employees and with three streams of off-farm income via off-farm occupations, predominantly being through education. We joined Edge Management in February 2007 to help direct the future of the family business.
In this short time, numerous beneficial outcomes have been attained from Edge. Some of these have included an enterprise evaluation and subsequent adjustment of the enterprise mix to address profitability and lifestyle goals. Other positive changes that Edge has helped foster in our business have been providing exposure to and assistance with succession planning, and constructive help with creating personal, lifestyle and business goals as well as the methods and support of how to meet these goals. The quality and commitment of both Edge members and facilitators has been seen as an essential component to the success of EDGE Management.
